Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are evaluated on weight and country and this is calculated automatically at time of checkout.
We always try to send out orders within 48- 72 hours after confirmed payment and often much sooner. We are very busy over Christmas, so please allow 10 working days for your orders to be shipped at this time.
Within the UK goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded .
In most cases goods are delivered within 1-3 days. You can track your goods on the Royal Mail website.We have to allow up to 28 days for delivery before goods are classified as lost .This is a Royal Mail condition.
For outside the UK we use International Signed for on all packages or courier service on larger items
All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure there is
someone available to sign for your order. If no one is present at the
delivery address a calling card is left and the parcel will be taken
back to a distribution centre.
Please contact the carrier directly to request a different delivery
date or to arrange collection from your local depot. It is your
responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Duties and Taxes
We welcome orders from overseas but we need to make you aware that goods travelling outside the EU may be subject to custom charges and import duties.
Each country has its own particular arrangements so you may wish to check with your local customs office. We are not liable for these costs or delays but will do our best to assist you in whatever way we can .
